Supervise and ensure provision of safety and quality services in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) to airline’s cargo and loading equipment (Warehouse operations), as well as to the company’s crew and aircraft (Ramp operations)
Coordinate ground operations and services performed by different suppliers, and ensure on time departure of aircraft in accordance with flight schedule
Ensure and supervise safe and orderly loading/unloading process, ULD positioning on board the aircraft in strict accordance with safety regulations, aircraft limitations, applicable corporate rules and loading priority
Ensure timely and correct capture of cargo and flight related data and information into airline’s system, perform final check on correctness of data
Prepare and check flight documents and reports
Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by shift supervisor and station manager
Requirements:
College or above
CET at or above Level 4, good command in oral English
General understanding of airport, aircraft, and cargo terminal operations, key principles of air freight business
Experience in using Microsoft Office software applications- Word, Excel
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, focus on quality and improvement, positive and active attitude, good communication skills
