Frankfurt /Germany, Amsterdam/Netherland or Liege/Belgium: You are responsible to monitor the on-time trucking of our cargo and responsible for smooth coordination of all handling processes. This includes the liaison with all service providers and local handling companies involved in trucking and handling processes.

FRA or AMS or LGG: You are responsible for planning, monitoring and supervising the day-to-day Trucking & Offline-Handling processes. He/she ensures that results and performance are up to expectations and fully in line with set SLA and Company goals. The Trucking Manager Europe is the first point of contact & responsible person in case of any deviations or irregularities and should take appropriate measures in order to ensure a smooth day to day business.

Shanghai: You will be in charge of paying regular sales calls and visits to regular customers; serve potential customers who mainly focus on free sales capacity, or high yield cargo, maintaining good working relationship and resolve any issues and complaints if needed, soliciting new customers from market to maximize load factor and yield, collaborating with the customer service team and managing customer feedbacks.
