Provide assistance to customer service to do all types of work
Make contact with the local customer ,communicate booking information and solve all kinds of abnormal events
Intergrate with, as well as give assistance to other CS department teams to achieve maximum flight load and volume utilization
Ensure the timely entering of the system and submission of relevant documents
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Good command of Office software
CET at or above Level 4, good command in oral English
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential
Previous experience in working with customers in service industry is welcome but not obligatory, entry level candidates with no experience are equally acceptable
Personal qualities- excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
