Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customer service to do all types of work
  • Make contact with the local customer ,communicate booking information and solve all kinds of abnormal events
  • Intergrate with, as well as give assistance to other CS department teams to achieve maximum flight load and volume utilization
  • Ensure the timely entering of the system and submission of relevant documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Good command of Office software
  • CET at or above Level 4, good command in oral English
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential
  • Previous experience in working with customers in service industry is welcome but not obligatory, entry level candidates with no experience are equally acceptable
  • Personal qualities- excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
  • Adaptability to changing and challenging work environment, integrity and ability to work in team and effectively contribute to final results, combined with well
