Checking of handling invoices
Checking of GSA Sales Reports
Processing of CCA requests
Issuing and processing of DCM reports (CASS & NON-CASS)
Preparation of various statistics
Resolving customer billing queries and irregularities
Required Skills
Good knowledge in Cargo Spot is an advantage
Structured, analytical, and autonomous work
Completed apprenticeship or equivalent education in the freight-forwarding / airline industry Experience in the Cargo Industry preferred
Fluent in German & English (verbal and written)
Customer-oriented behavior
Ability to follow instructions and to work in a team
Ability to work under operational constraints and to tight deadlines
Ability to give professional and clear feedback to clients
