Main Duties

  • Export flight preparation incl. correct document checks
  • Direct communication with Ground Handling Agent
  • Checking warehouse and give build-up instructions
  • Preparation of statistics & reports
  • Resolving customer complaints, pre-claim handling & claim support
  • To process cargo reservations 

Required Skills

  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent education in the freight-forwarding / airline industry
  • Experience in the Cargo Industry preferred
  • Fluent in German & English ( verbal and written )
  • Customer-oriented behavior
  • Commercial skills
  • Keen perception and highly organized
  • Able to take instructions and to work in a team
  • Able to work under operational constraints and to tight deadlines
  • Manage and exceed customer expectations
  • Able to give professional and clear communication to clients
  • Good knowledge in Cargo Spot
  • Structured, analytical, and autonomous work
